New Hours After Holiday
As we draw nearer to the end of the season, we'd like to remind everyone that our "end of season" break is coming up.
We will be closed from Sept 8th till the 17th.
Re-opening Thursday... yes... Thursday Sept 18th.
NOT SUMMER HOURS.... Fall, Winter, Spring Hours.....

2025 Deer Contest
halfway through August.... time to start getting ready.
With Calvyns back at the helm, we're looking for your input.
This year, we will NOT be just ordering a random number of hay bails and hoping that it sells. Anyone wanting hay this year, please contact us and let us know how many you would like.
We are also thinking about corn. We need to see how much interest there is, so we can order the proper amounts. Also, let us know if you prefer whole kernels or cracked.
Our prices are based on the cost and delivery, there is zero profit... we do it for you.
Also, this years deer contest will revert back to what it was.... starts Oct 1st and ends Dec 15th. Contest is open to bow hunters, rifle hunters, muzzleloader and even non hunters... something for everyone. I should be here all day everyday, so... weigh ins can happen.... all day... everyday
If anyone would like to come sit on our private patio and have their input heard, private message me... I'd love to hear more ideas on how we can collect more prizes, get more people involved... whatever ur thinking.... make it an event for all to enjoy.

2025 Deer Contest
Calvyns will be doing the old format. Turns out, i'm not much into staring at trees and we feel our time is better spent here serving you. If i'm here... weigh ins can be all day, any day
All hunters included.. bow, muzzleloader and rifle.
Contest will run from October 1st till dusk December 15th
A big BIG thank you to the hunt camps that allowed me to join them last year and we hope to see y'all again this year.. I might pop in to see yas for early coffee, but i won't be able to sit.

2024 Deer Contest
In an attempt to mend community fences, Calvyns will NOT be doing the deer contest this year. Instead, we will be relinquishing these honors to our local fish n game club. We will still be providing the location... however.. after 9 years being here... I'm going hunting.
